Sarah Baracks
Sarah (she/they) has been a holistic healer and bodyworker since 2022, with training in massage therapy from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS) and advanced study in Structural Energetic Therapy (SET). They have completed continuing education coursework in effectively treating Hypermobile Spectrum Disorders (HSD) and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (h-EDS).
They are also a trained herbalist through the Northwest School of Botanical Medicine and hold a Reiki Level 1 certification from the Web of Life Animist Church. Most recently, Sarah completed training as a Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Coach with Atira Tan, further expanding her somatic and integrative approach to healing. Their background also includes meditation studies with a wide range of teachers and traditions.
Sarah grew up in New York and lived in several locations before settling here in the beautiful Sonoran Desert of Tucson, Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping, cooking, drinking tea, playing the guitar, meditating, going to the gym, hanging with the plants, doing all things queer, and taking long walks with their dog, Imujin.
Before transitioning into holistic health, Sarah worked as a Special Education teacher, where they specialized in working with children on the Autism Spectrum and holds both a BA and an MA from American University in Washington, DC.
