Massage therapy can be more than working out tight muscles. It can also be an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space for healing and restoration.
My approach is therapeutic, intuitive, and individualized. Every session is shaped around your body, your needs, and what you’d like support with that day.
I draw from a range of techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping therapy, Structural Energetic Therapy (SET), somatic relaxation, and intuitive touch. These approaches can support the relief of chronic tension, muscular and fascial pain, restricted movement, injuries, and the physical effects of stress.
Bodywork can also offer space to become more aware of the connection between your physical and emotional experiences. You may notice sensations, emotions, or patterns that arise as you slow down and reconnect with yourself. For some people, this can be a meaningful part of developing a deeper mind-body connection.
Your Session
We’ll begin each appointment by talking about your goals, concerns, and anything you’d like me to know about your body or your needs. Together, we’ll decide which approaches feel most appropriate for you that day.
Your session is collaborative and responsive. Pressure, positioning, techniques, and areas of focus can all be adjusted throughout your appointment based on your feedback and comfort.
Consent & Accessibility
Your comfort, autonomy, and consent are central to my practice. My priority is to always create a space where you feel safe, respected, listened to, and at home in your body.
I will always ask for consent before beginning hands-on bodywork and check in with you throughout the session. You are always welcome to ask questions, request a change, pause, or stop at any time.
If you need accommodations, please let me know. I especially welcome communication around chronic illness, disability, sensory needs, or anything else that would help you feel more comfortable and supported.

Your nervous system has been working hard for a long time, let's address that!
Many neurodivergent people spend years masking, pushing through sensory overwhelm, living with chronic tension, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, or simply experience the world differently, massage can be more than pain relief. It can be an opportunity to regulate your nervous system, reduce sensory overload, gain sensory input (for the sensory seekers!), gain somatic and proprioceptive awareness, and reconnect with yourself.
As a neurodivergent massage therapist, I understand that every body has different sensory needs. I offer a space where stimming is welcome, accommodations are normalized, communication is flexible, consent is ongoing, and you never have to pretend to be “less” of yourself. Together, we’ll create a session that honors your comfort, your boundaries, and the way your nervous system works.
You deserve care that adapts to you, not the other way around. -
Healing isn't just about relieving pain, it's about feeling at home in your body!
Many LGBTQIA+ folx carry stress that goes far beyond tight muscles. Experiences like chronic stress, discrimination, masking, gender dysphoria, or simply navigating a world that isn't always affirming can leave the nervous system stuck in patterns of tension and vigilance. Massage can be a powerful way to connect or reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and experience touch that is grounded in safety, respect, and consent.
As a queer massage therapist, I strive to create a space where your identity is celebrated, your boundaries are respected, and your nervous system is invited to soften. Whether you're looking for relief from pain, emotional support during transition and/or physical support for healing post gender affirming surgery, help processing stress, or simply a place to breathe deeper, you're welcome here. My goal is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care so you can be your most queer self.
You deserve the care that leans into queerness and honors your whole self!

Integration for plant medicine is the essential process of translating insights from ceremonies into lasting daily life changes, ensuring emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation. It acts as a bridge between profound experiences and everyday reality, preventing the "rebound effect" of reverting to old habits.
Key Reasons for Integration
Embodying Insights: Translates profound, often temporary insights from journeys into concrete behavioral and lifestyle changes.
Processing Emotions: Helps navigate intense emotions, insights, or trauma released during experiences.
Lasting Transformation: Ensures the healing effects of plant medicines are not lost, acting as a bridge to make new perspectives permanent.
Improving Daily Life: Facilitates the restructuring of routines and habits to be more supportive of personal growth.
Navigating Challenges: Assists in navigating life transitions and bringing clarity to questions raised during the ceremony.
Mental Clarity: Helps identify and change the mental patterns causing suffering or dysfunction and conversely the mental patterns that create joy, love, and growth.
